If the student has a medical emergency, the lesson can be rescheduled. No show will be charged, and no refund will be given. The students can request rescheduling up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. If there was an unforeseen circumstance outside students' control, the lesson will be made up another day depending on the teacher's availability. If a national holiday falls on the lesson day, and the student does not want a lesson, it can be rescheduled to another day of that week.
