The service fee is based on 13 years of professional teaching experience and knowledge. And the time it takes to plan, prepare and tailor the class to the student’s needs.

Q. A/S 또는 환불 규정은 어떻게 되나요?
Sorry there is no refund. Besides teaching during Zoom classes, I spend time preparing, planning and tailoring the class to the student's needs.

If there's an emergency and you can't come to class, please let me know as soon as possible.
You must reschedule the class within the 4 week period.
수업 당일날 스케줄 변경 및 취소는 부득이한 상황을 제외하고 불가능합니다. 모든 변경은 수업 당일 전날까지 요청가능하며, 변경된 수업 스케줄은 수업 시작일을 기준으로 4주안에 소진하셔야 합니다.
