1. Student must send a request of what class type is desired(level/speaking or writing/etc...), available times and days they can take the class, and their desired class location.
2. Once the information is submitted, the teacher (myself) will check the request and check if it is possible.
3. If the teacher and student agree on terms, then the class will start at the students desired date.
4. Classes should be pre-paid (amount and method can be discussed).

The service estimate will be calculated case by case. The class type, the length of class, that amount of times per week the class is held, and location will play a part in the final estimate. Once we discuss the specific details of what the student is looking for, then an estimate will be calculated.
Q. 완료한 서비스 중 대표적인 서비스는 무엇인가요? 소요 시간은 얼마나 소요 되었나요?
The classes will usually be on a 30min/60min/90min basis. This will be determined during the initial talks between student and teacher. Students can request as many classes as they want for as long as they want, until they reach the desired goal.
Q. A/S 또는 환불 규정은 어떻게 되나요?
There are no refunds in most cases. Only in extreme cases where a class must canceled due to an emergency by the student, may a refund or partial refund be considered. Also, in the case the teacher may cancel, a student can possibly request for a refund or request to reschedule the class.
